 Reflexology targets specific points on the hands, arms, lower legs and feet using thumb, finger, and massage techniques that stimulates the body's natural healing mechanisms to promote relaxation, reduce stress, ease pain, and improve circulation. 

Reflexology is often used to help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting a sense of calm and may also help improve sleep quality.

This is a 60 minute stand-alone treatment session.
